I use these to package my custom molds and they work great with both of my bag sealers (vacuum and non-vacuum). They work a lot better than trying to use a mylar bag, if you try to seal a mylar bag you have to do it twice and even then it's a 50/50 chance it won't seal - these seal nicely on the first try and you don't have to have the sealer temp up too much either. They also hold up very well without ripping like a mylar bag will, if I don't like a seal or find something got into the bag that wasn't supposed to then I just about need to grab my scissors to open it. A mylar bag will rip open if you just handle it too much, these don't do that which is a very good thing to me.
